Our Team
MADISON HOGUE
Madison is responsible for sales, business development, and client relations. Born and raised in University Park in Dallas, after attending Baylor, he made his way to Fort Worth in 2012, and he quickly fell in love with the city and the people. Since 2013 Madison has worked in new homes sales and development, helping buyers and investors build and purchase over 200 new homes and townhomes in the core neighborhoods around the downtown Fort Worth area. With ten years of real estate experience in Fort Worth, Madison is dedicated to working alongside buyers and partners with investors who see the value and charm that Fort Worth offers.
ANDREW WILEY
Andrew has decades worth of corporate commercial real estate experience at the national and regional level. As a Managing Director at DR Horton, he runs the commercial development platform across the country. Working closely with the local home building divisions, they strive to bring commercial projects to developments that add value for the residents. Prior to joining DHI Commercial, Andrew was a Vice President at JLL. While there he handled national tenant and landlord rep accounts, while also working on new developments around DFW. Prior to JLL, he was responsible for leasing at Leon Capital Group where he oversaw a portfolio of over 200 assets across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Colorado, Nevada and other markets in the Southeast and Southwest United States. While there, he helped cultivate relationships with numerous tenants and real estate professionals, including national, regional, and local groups.
Additionally, he spent a combined six years at CBRE and SRS Real Estate Partners focusing on tenant representation for national tenants on a local and multi market level, as well as local and regional tenants in and around Dallas-Fort Worth.
Andrew and his wife live in Dallas with their two young children.
